Welcome to Doo-doo Gone! By scheduling and using our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Doo-doo Gone offers residential pet waste removal services, including:
• One-time cleanups
• Weekly and bi-weekly maintenance
• Additional services as requested and agreed upon
Services are performed on the scheduled date unless affected by inclement weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Pricing & Payments
• Rates for services are based on yard size, number of pets, and service frequency.
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless a recurring payment plan has been arranged.
• We accept cash, credit and e-transfer.
• Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is paid.
3. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must ensure that the yard is accessible on the scheduled service day. Locked gates or obstructions preventing access may result in a missed visit, subject to a full-service charge.
• Aggressive pets must be secured during the visit to ensure the safety of our team.
• Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any schedule changes or cancellations.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.
5. Liability & Limitations
• Doo-doo Gone is not responsible for damage to grass, soil, or landscaping caused by pet waste.
• We are not liable for injuries or illnesses resulting from exposure to pet waste before or after our services.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions exist.
6. Weather & Service Delays
• Extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, storms) may cause service delays. We will notify clients and reschedule as necessary.
• If waste is frozen, buried under snow, or excessively wet, service may be limited until conditions improve.
7. Privacy Policy
• Client information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling, billing, and service-related communication.
8. Amendments to Terms
Doo-doo Gone reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
